Server - Software

RTR Webworks can get you a physical server, install its operating system, server software and applications on it, and deliver it as a ready to run product.

Operating system

We can install, troubleshoot and maintain the following operating systems for you:

Linux (any flavour, Debian preferred)
BSD Unix (we recommend FreeBSD)
Windows 2000, XP, NT or 2003
Solaris
OS/2
OSX (Apple)

We understand that installing an OS nowadays looks easy, but we do not do default installs. We compile custom kernels, and customize your server for your needs. No unnecessary junk installed, and all your supported hardware will show up as a resource.

Server software

We can install, troubleshoot, maintain and monitor the following server software for you - packages or built from source

Apache web server (with modules: PHP, PERL, CGI, MEMCACHE etc.)
Apache Tomcat application server (Jboss, WebSphere, WebLogic)
IIS web server (6 or later)
Sendmail, Exim, Postfix (no Qmail)
MySQL, PgSQL, MSSQL (no Oracle)
Squid
Jabber instant messaging server
Asterisk PBX system
