Our policies regarding client information

This page is about client and visitor information and how we handle it.

Visitors/clients

We only store anonymous information on our visitors for the sole purpose of getting traffic information on our site. We have full logging enabled on our web server, and we use cookies. We do not share this information with any third party.

Contact information

When you contact us via the web form, email or live chat, your submitted information is stored in a database. This is necessary for us to be able to contact you. We do not distribute this information to a third party. The only exception from this is when we need to work with a partner on a solution, but this only happens with your permission, and never after the initial contact.

No SPAM policy

We never sell your email address. We never send you unsolicited mail. No offers, no promotions, nothing. We might send you a mail if we change addresses or something important happens that might concern you, but this is highly unlikely. We have the option to sign up to our mailing list (see below) on some of our forms, so if you receive a newsletter you signed up for it, and you can un-subscribe at any time.

Mailing list

We have a mailing list and we encourage you to sign up to receive security updates and important news, occasionally project highlights. We DO NOT automatically sign anyone up to this list, you have to sign-on manually. Once you subscribed you can easily un-subscribe. We will not distribute these addresses either to a third party, and unless it is a security update we keep the mailing at a maximum of 2 mails a month.
